As a pregnant mum carrying twins, I cannot recommend Olivia's prenatal massage highly enough. My back and hips were so painful from travelling while pregnant that I couldn't sleep, and every step was agony. Olivia expertly worked out all my kinks, positioned my pregnant body perfectly with pillows throughout, and I really trusted her expertise. She came to my villa and created a beautiful set-up by the pool with music, which was so luxurious. I felt better after the massage, but the real magic came two days later when my overwhelming pain had disappeared. Highly recommend!

Belly Balance

This customised massage is designed to address your unique needs and areas of concern by combining various techniques to alleviate the symptoms of disorders and diseases which cause pain and tension in the body.

Your experienced therapist will work with you to understand your concerns and tailor the massage to address your specific needs. They will utilise a combination of techniques, including targeted pressure and stretches, to alleviate pain, tightness, spasms and/or knots.

Key benefits include relief of pain and discomfort associated with muscle tension, chronic pain conditions and stress etc. and improved mobility.

This service is perfect for individuals suffering from chronic pain/high-stress conditions; people with muscle tension, tightness, spasms or swelling which may cause mobility issues; those who suffer with medical conditions which cause pain/discomfort; and,  persons recovering from soft tissue strains/injuries.

Treatment consists of 60 minutes of detailed bodywork.

Healing Touch

Price - 60 mins

This 90-minute service is designed for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters (or as advised by their healthcare provider) experiencing the aches and stress associated with their changing bodies as they bring a new life into being. 

Note: Not suitable for high-risk pregnancies without medical clearance.

You will be comfortably positioned on your side or semi-reclined with ample pillows and bolsters for full support, allowing you to fully relax without pressure on your belly or lower back. Massage techniques are slow, soothing, and tailored for pregnancy, with a focus on areas that often need the most relief (back, hips, legs, shoulders, neck and abdomen) while using hypoallergenic pregnancy-safe oils.

Key benefits include relieving discomfort/tension caused by changing posture and weight change, reducing swelling by improving circulation and calming the nervous system to promote emotional wellbeing.
