The most wonderful experience!  So relaxing yet also so effective.  I had the best facial, scalp and arm massage by Hailey.  She is an expert at her craft!  I recommend her! 5 stars!

Incredible experience! Mariia was amazing.she took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel totally at ease (esp since it was my first head spa). The space itself was calming, spotless, & nice aesthetic, which added so much to the overall relaxation. The scalp massage/treatment felt both soothing & rejuvenating. I left with my scalp feeling refreshed & my hair softer/healthier than it’s ever been. It was such an stress-relieving reset! Booking was simple & the whole experience felt thoughtful & personalized. this is a must-try! Loved it

I  writing to provide feedback on my recent experience at your establishment. I booked a 90-minute head spa service, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown, and I wanted to bring a few specific points to your attention.
​As a person with curly hair, I found that the service was not well-adapted to my hair type. The majority of the scalp massage was performed while my hair was dry. This caused the combs and other tools to snag and get caught, making it a very uncomfortable experience.
​Additionally, the process was not explained to me at any point. I was not told what the various steps

First head spa experience and it was great! Hailey was awesome. Only thing I’d say is for a head spa…I would think where you put your head would be more comfortable 😞might be my fault for not asking to adjust it though 🤷🏻‍♀️
