Feet are soaked in warm water with essential oils to soften and relax the muscles.
A gentle scrub is applied to the legs and feet to remove dead skins focusing on the heal area to remove any hard calluses.
The nails are then trimmed, shaped, oil buffed and cuticles pushed back.
A soothing 20min foot and lower leg massage is performed to help relieve muscles of any built up tension.
