EXPLORE Your Happy Care Label (30mins) - Support to complete & explore your care label

Identify, muscle test & release emotional energy, feelings, thoughts or problems using Silent Counselling Emotion Release method. We use meridian energy points & breathing to balance your body & mind to improve confidence, calmness & self awareness.

If you've done a START session you will receive the cost of that session back towards this session.

1 session will help you to clear a simple issue. 
3 sessions are recommended to clear deeper or multiple issues (to book multiple sessions, please book via the CONNECT PACKAGE option to receive a discounted price for block booking).

BALANCE - Emotional Energy Release Session (45mins)

A coaching session for a specific problem that you are encountering that you want to address e.g., I am fearful of doing one specific action which is holding you back in life. 

This session will increase self-awareness, confidence & skills to resolve & release inner conflict, problematic behaviours & unhelpful beliefs.  It uses a wide range of mindfulness, coaching & emotion release methods.  
You will feel empowered, calm & confident with practical self-help tools for the future.

All sessions include a 15min follow up call & 2 weeks of messaging to support you to implement what was learnt.

START - Single 90min Happy You Coaching Session - For a specific problem or as an intro to the Happy You Programme

You will feel confident, empowered & relaxed with practical self-help tools for the future.  

This discounted 6 session package will give you a ‘mini-breakthrough’ covering numerous areas & problems.  Using various methods of working with the mind & body to create self-awareness, confidence & skills to resolve inner conflict, problematic behaviours & limiting beliefs.  

Also includes a 15 mins follow up conversations via phone/video after each session & weekly messaging/question/check-in in between the sessions.  

NB. There is a commitment to completing tasks away from the sessions.


HAPPY YOU! Mini Breakthrough - 6 x 90 mins Coaching Package

Happy You!  Wellness Coaching & Emotion Release Services (Virtual or F2F) - Feel Calm, Confident & Peaceful Inside & Out.

I will teach you how to collate the basic elements of a room scheme, finalise a mood board to have a visual refence of your vision, top tips to dig deep into your likes & dislikes along with researching & implementing your design.  

The 12 weeks will consist of:

1 x 90mins intro session to discuss design brief, budget & explore personal styles/needs/vision.
4 x 60 min sessions to present mood board, support research, design & implement.
3 x 15 mins follow up calls, 
plus weekly messaging support 

You will feel confident in how you want your home to feel & look, as well as growing the confidence to implement it.

NB.  There is a commitment to completing tasks away from the sessions.

Home Haven Creation Package (over 12 weeks)

A guided mindfulness session, starting with getting into 'flow' & assisting you to have space to learn techniques & have support to practice them to develop daily habits.  

Great for those who find it less easy to practice mindfulness without someone supporting & guiding the practice.

NURTURE Mindfulness Session

Craft Parties for self-care focused learning.  Simple mindfulness techniques alongside crafting experiences.  A fab way to introduce crafts into your life, learn new skills, make new friends, or reconnect with old ones!  Fun, practical self-care for wellness.    
£30 per person.  
A £30 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your party date.

All basic resources/supplies will be provided for simple crafts.  
We will discuss what crafts you wish to do prior to booking.  For some crafts there may be additional costs due to the costs of materials e.g., larger items like ceramic painting.

Mindful Makers Craft Parties (Approx. 2hrs, minimum 4 people (please note, min charge is 4 people))

Mindful Moments Wellness Gatherings for a self-care focused learning session.  Simple mindfulness techniques alongside selfcare & relaxation.  A fab way to introduce soothing, fun, relaxing self-care into your life with friends.    

£22.50 per person.
Full payment required prior to session (payment required a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the gathering)

I will help you learn a compassionate & calm relational approach to parenting to support both your nervous system regulation & your child/children.  

We will cover mindfulness tools, relationship skills & 'Heart-Ful Parenting' tools to help you, your family & your home environment bloom.

You will feel confident in how you want your parenting to feel as well as having tools to create a harmonious home environment.

Sessions & messaging support over 12 weeks which consists of:

1 x 90mins intro session to discuss approaches, self-awareness & solutions required.
5x 60 min sessions to support strategies understanding & implementation.
3 x 15 mins follow up calls,
