We understand that flexibility is sometimes necessary to accommodate your schedule. For appointments requested outside of our regular operating hours or on designated off days, a non-refundable fee of $40 will be applied in addition to the service cost.
This fee reflects the added time and effort required to provide services beyond our standard schedule. Clients will be informed of this charge at the time of booking, and it must be confirmed and accepted prior to the appointment.


Outside of business hours or off days 

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
A no-show fee will be applied if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice or cancel less than 4 hours before your scheduled time. This fee will be added to your next service, as the room and resources would have already been prepared specifically for you.

No Show & Late Cancellation 

Each service includes a 15-minute grace period at no extra charge. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late but within 30 minutes, a late fee will be applied.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to avoid disrupting the services of other clients.  If your appointment must be canceled and rescheduled due to a late arrival (over 30 minutes) or lack of prior notice, our No-Show Policy will apply. A no-show fee will be charged and must be paid before rebooking.

You may reschedule for later the same day (if availability allows) or select an alternative date.

At The Blue Lotus Spa & Wellness Services, we are pleased to offer convenient mobile spa experiences in the comfort of your home or preferred location. A standard call-out fee applies to all mobile appointments to cover the cost of travel, equipment transport, setup, and personalized service. This fee includes expenses such as fuel, vehicle wear-and-tear, travel time, setup and pack-down of spa equipment, and the exclusive time reserved for your appointment. Our base call-out fee starts at $40 for locations within 10 km of our spa. Locations beyond 10km will be quoted individually. Additional surcharges may apply for after hours and off-days. The call-out fee may be waived or discounted for group bookings of three or more clients, multiple services in one session, or during special promotions.
