While we would have loved the opportunity to resolve this at the time, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we do ask that any issues be reported within 24 hours accompanied by photos or videos. This helps us investigate thoroughly and take swift action in order to rectify the issue.

4 hour clean booed but cleaner was here for a little under 3 & 1/4 hours. Things not moved to be hoovered under eg show baskets, dog bed. Rugs not lifted to be hoovered under edges. Kitchen bench is gritty, doesn’t seem to have been well cleaned down.
