The sauna comes within it's own private room which includes showering and changing facilities. You can also play your own audio during your session through the sauna's built in sound system. Everything is provided for you such as towels, sliders, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

A 1 hour float session in our state of the art float tank. 

Activate hour parasympathetic nervous system or "rest and digest" mode with a 1 hour float. Enjoy the sensation of weightlessness, relieving built up tension in the body whilst you absorb magnesium, a key mineral that plays a role in over 300 bodily processes. 

Minimal mental stimulation in the float tank activates your theta brainwaves, often achieved just before you fall asleep. Our float tank is one of the only environments you can achieve this state whilst you are awake! A powerful tool for visualization and deep relaxation. 

Float - Single

Deep Tissue is a full body treatment that is more targeted to help reduce muscle tension and relieve chronic pain. Deep Tissue has a similar flow to Swedish Massage, but with focused and sustained pressure. Your therapist will utilize their hands and forearms, along with oil, to massage the arms, legs, feet, back, neck & head, spending more time in areas that need extra attention.

How does Thai relfexology differ from traditional reflexology?
