including a full 30 minutes under the LED light &finishing with the appropriate after care products.

 LED Phototherapy is a non-invasive treatment utilising specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular processes. This stimulation enhances the skin’s natural rejuvenation and healing abilities, addressing various dermatological conditions. The therapy employs red 633nm, blue 415nm , and near-infrared 830nm light, which are clinically proven to be effective in promoting skin health and treating conditions like acne, psoriasis, and aging skin.

Red light (630nm): Boosts collagen production, improves skin elasticity, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
Blue light (415nm): Targets acne-causing bacteria, reducing breakouts and preventing future acne.
Near-infrared light (830nm): Penetrates deeper into the skin to reduce inflammation, promote wound healing, and relieve pain.

a full body exfoliate using Sienna X body scrub , followed by a skin quenching warm oil to moisturise dry and dehydrated skin 
NOT suitable on the same day as a spray tan - minimum 24 hours before
