The therapist did let you know that she would be leaving the mask on for 10 minutes and stepping out which is part of the treatment process. She has recently started leaving the room while the mask is on to ensure clients don’t feel uncomfortable with her sitting in the room during the waiting period.

She will be more than happy waiting in the room with you during the mask processing time if that’s more comfortable for you.

It was a bit different to the last two facials. I was left alone for 10mins which hasn't happened before. Not sure why . I didn't like being left. The facial was lovely otherwise.
