This session allows you to choose any of our recovery equipment for up to 1 hour. Whether its starting off in the Normatec Compression Boots for 15-30min and finishing off in the Sauna and Ice Bath. 

You are able to add up to 2 extra people per booking. If people that are being added to the booking are members, then no extra cost is incurred. If they are not, then the extra people need to pay the single session fee. 

Please bring your own towel to dry and to lie on and something to keep you hydrated throughout your appointment. Don't worry if you forget, we have towels available for rent for $3 and water for purchase.

This appointment gives you access to the ice bath for up to 30 minutes as well as the use of the infrared sauna. during which you can enjoy the many benefits of cold and hot therapy. We provide a range of water temperatures, catering to both beginners (7-9°C) and experienced ice bathers (2-3°C). 

You are able to add up to 2 extra people per booking. If people that are being added to the booking are members, then no extra cost is incurred. If they are not, then the extra people need to pay the single session fee. 

Please wear appropriate attire and BYO towel or alternatively we have rental towels for $3.
