If you have acrylic or gel nails you'll need to book a removal along with the full set. 
A deposit of $30 is required 48 hours after booking, the deposit can be paid via FCIB transfer or cash. The deposit can be used once to reschedule appointment 24 hours before your appointment. 
After 10 mins late your appointment would need to be rescheduled and a new deposit would need to be paid. 
After a no call no show a new deposit would need to be made of 50% of the cost of the service and needs to be made before appointment is booked. 
Nails which are infected, cracked or have fungus need to heal before booking an appointment

Refill maintenance refills should be every 3-4 weeks to avoid and prevent lifting or cracking of nails and nail bed. 

Nails are not tools please remember not to use nails to press, poke, or open anything as it will cause lifting of the enhancement or nail bed. 

When booking your refill please remember to add shortening, nail designs or nail reshape. If you're unclear what your design will be categorized under feel free to message the nail technician for further guidance.  

After 10 mins late your appointment would need to be rescheduled, or only one service rendered in the instance you're getting two services. 

After two last minute reschedules or cancellations a non-deposit of 50% of your service would need to be paid before booking. 

Please be mindful nail beds which have split nails would need to be removed and heal, no extension or polish can be added to the nail. 

After 5 weeks please book a removal and fullset as the gel would need to be removed
