It was my first time going for a massage at pennine silhouette. I went for the full works package, that included a full body massage, leg/foot scrub, facial, head massage and foot massage. I was put at ease from the start. The massage was amazing, perfect Pressure . All the products used smelled beautiful and my skin feels lovely afterwards!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Sports Massage

This is a very gentle massage that doesn't work in to the muscles. It is designed to relax the nervous system to improve the immune system and reduce pain. It is also used pre and post surgery and anyone suffering lymphoma. Extremely relaxing it can help depression, stress, fibro myalgia, pain, stress, and constipation.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Relax with hot stones on the back and shoulders, whilst we ease the tired legs with a wonderful relaxing massage,  before moving on to the back neck and shoulders. We begin with a wonderfully soothing head massage that includes the face, chest shoulders and neck too. When You are just drifting off we pop on an eye mask and go and relive tension in the feet with a delightful foot massage. The perfect way to relax

Sleepy Time Treat

Feeling in need of recovery but don't quite fancy a sports massage? 
Why not give this little beauty a go.  
We'll start by using a natural Epsom salt scrub infused with invigorsting essential oils. 
We then move to a massage tailored to the pressure you wish, using a specially selected muscle rub which may include tiger balm or magnesium to promote warmth and blood circulation. so please let me know if you'd like one not including this as there are other options. This treatment is great to help recovery and relax you! 

Recover and relax

Enjoy a full body massage tailored to calm the nervous system. Using selected scented oils/ body butters that include magnesium to promote relaxation. This massage is it a slow pace and light pressure in order to really send you into a relaxed state.  Including a soothing face and head massage

Soothe me to sleep

We begin by getting you comfortable on the heated table.  
Using hot towels on the back to get you relaxed and the skin softened ready for a  soothing back scrub,  using Epsom and dead sea salts infused with lavender. This is then removed with hot mits. Hot stones are placed to relieve any tension in the back. Whilst you begin to drift, you'll recieve a wonderful leg massage with wonderfully scented oils or body butter including magnesium to help you relax.  We then work up through the back and shoulders, before getting you on your back.   Where you'll then relax with a a scented eye pillow and enjoy leg, arm, shoulder neck and head massage.  Finishing with a soothing facial massage.

You will receive a leg, foot and back  scrub to Slough of dead skin. 
To ensure the skin is left wonderfully soft and hydrated you'll receive a full body massage using a shea, sweet almond oil and cocoa butter body butter. 
Then it's  time to get that face looking fresh with a wonderful facial and a relaxing head massage.

Scrub and glow

Enjoy a luxury facial, with a double cleanse using some of our handmade (legally compliant) products. A double scrub to remove those dead, dry skin cells to help leave the skin smoother and brighter. Relax with a mask for your skin type. Whilst that works it's magic you can enjoy a a lower leg and foot or hand and arm massage. Finishing with a soothing face massage using our signature face oil for your skin type and face cream to leave you looking luminous.

Believing the body and mind are intertwined this technique aims to couple the two together. With a traditional ayeruvic methods being used around the shoulders, neck j and face. This is traditionally done seated but it has been adapted for laying positions so you can choose where is most comfortable for you. Its know to improve head aches, relieve stress and improve mood.
