Ochroma Home Sauna, is the only full-spectrum infrared sauna available to the public in Brighton. We offer tailored 1:15 hour sessions, which includes 20-45minutes in the sauna, with your choice of music and lighting, a private washroom, hot/cold drinks and additonal wellness activities, all in a comfortable home setting. If you need to fully detoxify, just want to get rid of a few spots and sleep a bit better, or want to try something new - our sauna is the one for you.

New to infrared? Lets ease you in! All new clients can have 20 minutes in the sauna. To give your body a gentle introduction, we invite you to use our full-spectrum of infrared lights with BEGIN setting, combining near, mid and far infrared wavelengths at low intensity. We offer a private space and washroom in our home, boasting tea facilities and optional wellness extras. 
This a comfortable, accessible and tailored sauna experience.

Molly, our in-house massuse will accompany two of your sessions for a 25 minute back and neck massage, after which you can enjoy a private 20 minute sauna.  
All your sessions are 75minutes and include a private space and washroom, hot drinks and wellness extras. 

We offer our long-term clients complimentary slippers and the option to request morning sessions (9:30-10:45)

We offer fully personalised sessions in a comfortable and welcoming home environment, with disabled access. Each booking includes a choice of infrared sauna settings, up to 45minutes, hot/ cold drinks, a private washroom and the option to explore additonal wellness activities.

Share a rejuvenating experience with a partner or pal, in our duo sessions! You'll have 75 minutes to fully unwind and rejuvenate together. Each person gets to enjoy a 20 minute sauna and select their setting; BEGIN, ALL LIGHTS, or our custom UPLIFT program.

Amplify your session with the wellness extras, massage tools, yoga equipment and relaxation resources or just take the time to chill on the sofa with a cup of tea. 

Private washroom included, we provide towels, sarongs and body wash.
