Rest and restore in one of our state-of-the art infrared saunas in your own private room. Each infrared sauna is full-spectrum and fitted with LED chromotherapy.
For your session you will be provided with complimentary towels, a carafe of filtered water and optional use of an ipad. After your session you are welcome to enjoy a complimentary cold face towel and glass of coconut water. 
Shower facilities are provided for pre or post-sauna rinse. Share your session with a friend by adding an extra person from the menu below.

The ultimate wellbeing reset. 
You are guided through rest and renewal, nurturing your inner and outer self for optimal vitality. Kindly allow 2 hours for your treatment. Treatment includes:
~ A 30 minute session in one of The Calmm's Recovery Rooms utilising the Normatech Lymphatic Compression Boots and the LED Face Mask, listening to a sound bath track via noise-cancelling headphones. 
~ Followed by a 30 min session in one of our standard infrared saunas. Move across to the bathrooms for a post-sauna rinse then into 
~ the LO Skin treatment room to conclude the experience with a 30 minute enzyme facial to leave you feeling rested and rejuvinated.

Cold plunge therapy for 3 minutes immersion total per person in the ice bath. Swim wear must be worn at all times in the ice bath and all clients are required to shower beforehand.

Add a 20 minute light therapy face mask after your treatment and enjoy the benefits of red LED (630nm) and NIR infrared (830nm). Walk away feeling an extra boost of energy while simultaneously reducing inflammation and boosting collagen. We recommend removing make up and personal care products prior to using the mask to achieve maximum benefits.

Located in The Calmm Recovery Lounge, you will be provided a semi-private room with noise-cancelling headphones to enjoy a sound bath healing or music of your choice.

ADD AN LED FACE MASK

Follow your sauna session with a 3-minute cold plunge in our ice bath. The ice bath temperature is set between 3-5 degrees. Clients must shower after the sauna before using the ice bath and swimwear must be worn while using the ice bath.

Add a little extra healing to your treatment. Our LED body panel light therapy has both red and infrared diodes at wavelengths or 660nm & 850nm. Extremely powerful with an irradiance of 120 mW/c㎡, this red therapy works by strengthening the mitochondria, which generate energy in the cells to speed up the healing process.
