Phumzile ans Nkosy were fantastic! It was my daughters first salon visit and both our first at natural hair lounge. These ladies were welcoming and kind. Our time at the salon was relaxing and fun and our hair beautiful. They were gentle with our hair and very professional in executing the styles we chose! Thank you again ladies! I like hair styles but the client service is lacking . The stylist confronted me about my previous 3 star rating, without acknowledging or apologizing for the fact that my daughter’s hair style was not what she’d asked for. I’ll keep going but wouldn’t recommend for children. 

Great service. Was anxious about getting a hair trim but it was done professionally and well.

Gorgeous salon, The ladies were absolutely amazing, the service 10/10, so professional, the music was so refreshing loved the genre, I honestly can’t wait to go for a treatment oh and they have wifi.
