A Swedish massage is your 'relaxation' massage and helps to promote blood flow, lymph drainage and overall encourages your central nervous system to be in a steady state. For this massage the client will lie face down first whilst the back and back of legs are massaged and then the client will change position to lie on their back whilst the front of the body is the massaged. A client will have the option to have areas such as feet and tummy massaged or avoided. 

Swedish full body massage 

A hot stone massage is the ultimate relaxation massage especially if you enjoy a hot bath. This massage uses smooth basalt stones, rich in iron, which are heated up and with the help of an oil glide over your muscles, finally resting on your body whilst the massage continues. Just like the Swedish massage, hot stones massage starts on the back of the body and then after repositioning will continue on the front of the body.

A hot stone massage is the ultimate relaxation massage especially if you enjoy a hot bath. This massage uses smooth basalt stones, rich in iron, which are heated up and with the help of an oil glide over your muscles, finally resting on your body whilst the massage continues. 

Back, neck and shoulders with hot stones

A full body massage of your choice with an Indian head massage. This is 1 hour and 30 min treatment as most of the areas covered in the Indian head are already covered in full body massage.

30 min indian head ( no facial)

A 90 minute top to toe treatment starting with a snow fairy scented sugar scrub back polish, followed by a full body massage with a drop of peppermint essential oil, ending with a mini facial and a mini indian head using frankincense essential oil and a mince pie to take home. 

Snow fairy

A 30 minute treatment consiststing of a mini facial and a mini head massage using a frankincense essential oil and a mince pie to take home 

Frankincense 

A 30 minute treatment package, starting off with a back polish using a peppermint essential oil sugar scrub, followed by a hot stones back massage using a peppermint essential oil and a mince pie to take home 

Candy cane 

A 30 minute treatment consisting of a back polish using a pumpkin spiced essential oil, wiping it off with warm mits followed by a hot stones back massage using a pumpkin spice essential oil and then a pumpkin spice teabag to take home.

Pumpkin package 

This is a full body treatment lasting a hour. A deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layer of muscles and uses knuckles, arms and elbows in order to get to those muscles. Deep tissue massage should never cause pain. The aim of a massage is to relax muscles and causing pain will encourage muscles to tense up defeating the desired outcome. 

Deep tissue massage 

Thai yoga is a treatment carried out on the floor on a mat, fully dressed and without the use of oils. This treatment focuses on sen lines through the body and uses techniques such as compression and pressing as well as passive stretching. Some moves require me the therapist to use my feet. This treatment is suitable for those in relatively good health. Indian head massage is an extra in this treatment.

A relaxing Swedish massage on the back, neck and shoulders.

Suitable for those at 16 weeks pregnant, right up to delivery. Pregnancy massage can have enormous benefit not only to the mother but to the unborn baby. A pregnancy massage is side lying and has pillows for support. No Aromatherapy oils are used.
