The Infrared Far Sauna is a wonderful detox, assists in losing weight and enhances your overall health by inducing regular perspiration in a sauna in a healthy and natural way to cleanse yourself of impurities and toxins.  The skin benefits are amazing, it assists in clearing your pores leaving your skin feeling refreshed, the infra heat increases blood circulation aiding in a better detox.  The exercise exchange helps to burn calories and aid in pain relief also improving the immune system, especially great benefit to ease arthritis pain.

The sauna is made from Canadian Hemlock wood, which is safe for allergies.  Infrared ceramic heaters are installed and in addition, this includes the electromagnetic therapy on the floor with under heating promoting a stronger detox.  There is digital therapy in the ceiling which has seven colours for mind body and soul. Built in speakers for relaxation and oxygen ionizer and interior lights.
