A Sports Therapy Treatment that is focused around an injury, area of pain &/or chronic dysfunction. This bespoke treatment addresses long-term postural imbalances & discomfort by applying the most effective modalities to enhance mobility and stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal.

-This session will include an analysis of posture and movement for the whole body. Rehab Exercises and Stretches Plan provided.

Full Body Reset

A Sports Therapy Treatment that is focused around an injury, area of pain &/or chronic dysfunction. This bespoke treatment addresses long-term postural imbalances & discomfort by applying the most effective modalities to enhance mobility and stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal

A Soft Tissue Therapy & Massage treatment focused around a certain pain or injury.

Pain Relief / Injury

A massage of muscle groups to alleviate pain & promote recovery from sport or everyday life. It is great for releasing tension, improving range and enhancing performance. This is ideal for a more targeted massage.

Sports Massage

A whole body massage using techniques that allow for a deeper pressure to be applied, to help open up muscle fibres and relieve tension. Ideal for people who have lots of tension and have a build up of stress.
-for shorter treatments, clients can choose certain areas to be worked on (e.g. Back, Neck and Shoulders).

Deep Tissue Massage

A treatment focused around the Back, Neck & Shoulders aimed to relax and release tightness

Back, Neck & Shoulders

For cupping therapy, we use silicone cups called Rockpods (by RockTape). This treatment is great for myofascial manipulation, reducing swelling and promoting recovery with pinpoint accuracy. The cups are used alongside soft tissue techniques/massage.
