Your ritual begins with a comforting foot soak of Epsom salts, essential oil, dried oranges, and rosemary sprigs, followed by a revitalising scrub and warm essential oil towel wrap to soothe and prepare your feet.

A nurturing reflexology sequence then supports the large intestine, adrenals, kidneys, solar plexus, diaphragm, spine, head, and sinuses—encouraging release, balance, and inner calm.

To complete the journey, a hot stone foot massage melts away tension, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and ready to embrace the season ahead.
