I have gone and injured myself again sigh.  This time my rotator cuff and while I'm on a course of anti inflammatories before physio starts, my back is taking strain due to over compensation. 

Muneera found all my knots and worked it out, even my injured side but carefull not to injure it further which I'm grateful for.
