I'm sorry to hear about your experience. 
We genuinely appreciate the feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, it's important to clarify that the appointment was scheduled for 10AM and you showed up around 9PM which is our closing time, resulting in overtime for our dedicated staff who diligently served you until late into the evening. The services provided were charged accordingly, including the hair extensions, which inherently require additional procedures such as cut and blow-dry. While we strive to maintain exceptional customer service, we regret any perceived attitude from our staff, especially considering the long and exhausting day they endured. As a gesture of good will we provided a complimentary hair cut the amount is ( 210dhs )We value our clients' satisfaction and are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure a positive experience in the future.

They try to make you pay for services you didn't take. They also force services on you and make you think they are complimentary and then charge you. If you question them, they throw attitude at you. Highly disappointed.

your appointment was only for a haircut and we had informed you that the haircut does not include blow-dry ,  it was explained to you that you will be charged extra for the blow dry
After the haircut, the hairdresser had asked you if you wanted to do a blow dry and you agreed to it , due to which we had to charge for the blow dry too
