Hot towels will be placed on the back, neck, and feet during this 60 min therapeutic massage. Aromatherapy will be used medicinally for muscle and joints, or to reduce stress hormones. Your feet will then be massaged for an additional 25 mins, leaving you feeling completely refreshed.

Hot Aroma Head to Toe Massage

Relaxation Massage is a lighter touch than therapeutic with Swedish strokes that melts the body and mind into a deep relaxation. Hot towels are used on the back, neck, and feet. Aromatherapy will help soothe the mind, while reducing stress hormones. Chakra Balancing will further your relaxation while bringing a state of healing to the body and mind through homeostasis.

Balancing Hot Aroma Relaxation Massage

Migraine Support Essential Oil Blend will be applied to the upper back, neck, shoulders, and scalp. It is an amazing blend that has a very light scent of mint and relaxation. 60 Mins of focused therapeutic massage on upper back, neck, and head, with myofascial energy techniques performed on the scalp, forehead, and jaw (if effected).

Headache Therapy

Hot towels will be applied to the back and neck before the area is massaged to warm up the tissue. Using soft cups, a gliding technique over the back with help loosen the muscle, then placing the cup for a short time over any stubborn areas. A therapeutic massage will then be given for either focus areas or full body work.

Hot Therapeutic Cupping Massage

A therapeutic massage package, incorporating heat, aromatherapy, and chakra balancing. This combination of therapies will take care of the stubborn tightness in your muscles, yet relax your body and mind- leaving you feeling light and balanced.

Hot Stone Massage helps relax the muscles with a deep heat. This can be a relaxing massage or incorporated with therapeutic techniques. These hot stones are not the regular basalt rock. These are man made, hand formed to hug the curves and contours of your body and perfectly fit around the spine.

Relaxation Massage

Massage Therapy session specifically for Moms to be, taking care to ensure a safe and effective massage for both mamma and baby. Usually side lying position with pillows is used if over 2 months along. 

Prenatal Massage

Reiki is a technique used to realign your energy centers and open energetic pathways in the body. A fully clothed session on the table with light to no touch is used. Reiki helps to attain a relaxed meditative state in which the body can start an internal healing process, called homeostasis. This technique is a must for anyone going through difficult times, whether in physical pain or emotional. This is a 60 min Reiki session with consultation post treatment, including sharing intuitive messages and guidance for integrating your healing through self care.
