Day with Iva is designed for already members who are in a 3 months Breathwork program. It will include a whole day with Iva, where you will be provided with a 90 min Massage of your choice, 2h Breathwork Session + Coaching, 1h Exercise in the Gym and a home made meal by Iva. 

Iva designed this day to be all about you, your whole wellbeing, Body - Mind -Spirit, to enbody healthy new ways for yourself by having constant support by your side, learning how to love yourself, inspire yourself to grow in all ways.
