After meeting for your Comprehensive Appointment we continue your healing journey with follow up appointments. We like for our patients to follow up in 2-8 weeks depending upon your own individual health needs. This IN CLINIC visit lasts approximately 30 -45 minutes and will be with our Holistic, Functional, and Integrative Nurse Practitioner.

We continue to focus on identifying and addressing the Underlying ROOT Cause of illness and disease, rather than just treating symptoms. We emphasizes a personalized approach, consider individual needs including differences in genetics, lifestyle, environment, and other factors that contribute to illness and disease. We use a variety of diagnostic tools with your detailed patient history (personal health story) being the most important.

With this appointment we will met with you for 30 minutes. We will introduce you to our practice. We start to gather your health information so we can begin to establish a plan of care before your next appointment.

This appointment block is for patients who have already met with us whether in person, online, or through telehealth. This is your COMPREHENSIVE appointment. We gather additional information from you to start a personal plan for health, wellness, & healing. Please plan to spend 60 to 90 minutes with us during this appointment.

Each individuals health, wellness, & healing journey is unique. Healing the body is a journey and follow up is essential. With this in mind we want you to anticipate follow up with us in 2-8 weeks.
