Personal Training

In samenwerking met ervaren trainers bieden wij op maat gemaakte personal training aan, gericht op het versterken van je lichaam en het verbeteren van je mentale gezondheid. 


Boksen kan therapeutisch werken door spanning en negatieve emoties op een gecontroleerde manier los te laten. Bokstherapie biedt een unieke combi van fysieke activiteit en emotionele verwerking. 

Boxing therapy

Hardlopen in combinatie met gesprekstherapie helpt om psychische blokkades aan te pakken. Als je hardloopt maak je dopamine aan, het gelukshormoon, waardoor je lekker in je vel gaat zitten.
