Craniosacral therapy provides a gentle and non-invasive approach to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of teenagers,  helping them navigate the challenges of this transitional period with greater ease and resilience.


Craniosacral Therapy for children aged 13-17

For new mums /dads/partners and baby to integrate the birth story and also release any difficult experiences that may have occurred . Baby might have colic , reflux or be generally unsettled. All of this can be acknowledged and released in a  session.

First Parent and baby Postnatal Craniosacral -up to one years old

Babies can need more than one session (sometimes more than two) to help them tell their birth stories so these follow on appointments can help complete the treatment in order to create lasting change.

Craniosacral Therapy provides students with a holistic approach to self-care, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of well-being. 


Craniosacral for students 18-23

Enjoy a wonderful hour of relaxation, while melting away any stress in the body so that baby is enjoying a beautiful calm environment and connection with mum. It also helps get the body ready for labour so a few sessions are recommended in the lead up to the birth. 

Pregnancy Craniosacral Therapy

In this first session, I take a history and base the treatment on the information received. During a session, I use  gentle touch to detect and correct imbalances or restrictions in the craniosacral rhythm, which is believed to reflect the overall health of the central nervous system. This therapy aims to alleviate pain, improve mobility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being by promoting the body's natural ability to self-heal.
