During this appointment, a small section of your hair is treated to evaluate factors such as colour outcome, processing time, and overall hair health. This helps ensure the best possible results while minimizing risk to your hair. A test strand is especially recommended for clients with previous colour, compromised hair, or those undergoing a major colour change.
