Aims to diagnose, treat and rehabilitate muscle, tendon, ligament and joint injuries using a wholistic approach. Understanding that every body is different, sessions will focus on treating the underlying cause of injury and assist with any associated pain. A treatment plan will be formulated and explained to you in detail, which includes hands on treatment, at-home care and advice to best assist the improvement of your condition. 

Treatments may include; 
-Manual soft tissue techniques- such as myofascial release and deep tissue massage
-Trigger Point Therapy 
-Dry needling (the use of acupuncture needles into restricted/injured muscle tissue)
