A massage can be relaxing, especially if you’re suffering with pregnancy-related aches and pains.

This beautifully relaxing treatment is done lying on your side or semi-reclined using pillows and cushions to support your body for maximum comfort.

I do not carry out pre-natal massage on anyone throughout the first trimester of pregnancy (up to 12 weeks) and beyond until week 20.

This is a lovely relaxing treatment as well as having rejuvenating properties so if relaxation is your main goal then a one off treatment is entirely suitable.

​A brighter, more rested appearance can be seen after just one treatment, but obviously maintenance is key. It’s a bit like going to the gym: you can’t just go once and expect to be fit at the end of the session.

This relaxing face, scalp, neck and shoulder massage is perfect for young people using a combination of simple aromatherapy oils and light massage movements to calm and soothe anxious minds. Includes a hot mitt face cleanse.

Suitable for age 13-17 - all young people must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Skin can change during teenage years and exam stress, poor diet and incorrect skincare can make spots and sensitivity seem a million times worse. 

Let me help you to get fresh, clear skin with this effective skin treatment. 

A double cleanse to remove make up and surface oil preps the skin for a gentle exfoliation and hot compress cleanse. 

A purifying mask helps to calm breakouts then special serums and moisturisers leave the skin feeling fresh and fantastic! 

Gentle extractions can also be done
