- When booking an appointment at Eleganté Lash Studio, you are agreeing to adhere to our policies. By agreeing to these policies you accept that failure to comply may result in you being refused service.
-Eleganté Lash Studio takes great pride in the work we do. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 72 hours of your service and we will fix it to your satisfaction.
- Please note, If you arrive to your appointment with any makeup or skin care products on you will not qualify for the 3 day guarantee.
- Please be advised that we do not issue refunds on any services rendered, due to the nature of the service provided. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY.

A Late Fee of $15.00  will be applied if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Please note, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of  $25.00 to secure your appointment slot is required for alll appointments.Deposits must be paid NO later than 3 Days after booking your appointments. Deposits will be deducted from your service total. 
Deposits can be paid via first pay, cash or bank transfers.
Failure to pay deposits within the allotted time frame will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Once your deposits has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice.

This particular set gives the illusion of a textured strip lash and winged eyeliner effect. This set is ideal for persons who always  wear eyeliner.

Eyebrow tinting is the process of applying semi-permanent dye to enhance, shape, darken, and define your brows. Darkening the tiny, fine hairs in and around your eyebrows helps create the illusion of thicker, fuller, and longer brows.

The procedure lifts and smooths brows with the goal of creating sleeker, neater and fuller-looking eyebrows. While the result is similar to the look of applying brow gel, it can last up to two months

Volume Lashing is a technique used to achieve a fuller, fluffier look. With this method, anywhere between 3-8 super fine extensions are fanned out and applied to a single natural lash. This is the perfect solution if you have sparse lashes or gaps
