Colour Therapy 

The Hopi candle acts as a chimney, drawing up impurities, where they can then be gently removed. They equalise pressure in the head an ears and deposits can still come out from your ears 12-48 hours later. The process of Hopi candling involves a specially designed hollow candle being inserted just inside the ear canal. This is painless and you will be lying on your side. Recipients of the treatment sometimes fall asleep, as it has a relaxing, calming effect on the whole body. The Hopi candle is then lit and the suction that is formed, collects and removes impurities or deposits. The rising air also has the effect of giving the eardrum a gentle massage, which, in turn, helps to regulate blood pressure. Hopi also has the effect of stimulating blood circulation, which can strengthen the immune system and enhance lymph circulation.
The procedure is comfortable and soothing.

If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
 Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many people feel this form of healing has really helped them. It is a simple, natural and safe method of  healing, which aids self-improvement for the body and mind.

We treat the body as a whole and do not initially put all our focus on your pain issue. It is believed that there is a root cause to all dis-ease and we will work holistically to find the cause and see if it can be helped with non traditional medical help. This does not mean that you come to us instead of a doctor. We will need to know what your doctors have diagnosed and all the treatments you have had so far. We can either help your body adjust to pain or help to relieve it. The Mind and body are very powerful tools and it is easy to get into unhealthy patterns that we can see no way of getting out of.

During a Crystal therapy, various crystals are placed on or around a fully clothed person to induce deep relaxation, release stress and pain, and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies.
