Sports massage involves manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a form of connective tissue that lines and ensheathes the other soft tissues). Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. Sports massage can also be used prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Perfect for athletes with tension build up in specific areas ie shoulders and back or legs

Generally, deep tissue massage can be used for relieving muscle tension, reducing stress, working knots, reducing muscle stiffness, and increasing circulation. Deep tissue massage is often administered as a full body massage, rather than focusing on a specific area of the body.
Perfect for everyone,not just  athletes. Ideal for releasing tension headaches and general Posture alignment.

Deep Tissue Massage 

Hot stone enhance the effects of the main massage, using heat to stimulate blood flow and relax muscles even further. Hot stones are placed along strategic areas of the body such as the back, on the legs or feet to treat Plantar Fasciitis.  Different size flat basaltic rocks are used  to stroke along the length of muscles. Perfect for releasing tension and stress  while aiding general relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

A general relaxation massage that can relieve stress and aid general wellbeing. Ideal for back and shoulders.
