Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though I was surprised to hear of your concerns — especially as your appointment was over 3 months ago and you left happy on the day.

I’ve not received any messages from you since your visit, and unfortunately, I’ve been unable to get in contact with you to discuss this privately. I always encourage clients to reach out with any concerns so I can resolve them quickly and professionally.

With treatments like brow lamination and lash lifts, it’s really important to follow the correct aftercare, as results can be affected if the lashes or brows aren’t properly hydrated and maintained. I always give full aftercare advice to ensure the best and longest-lasting results.

I would also never encourage anyone to get  lamination who was unsure on it and we had made sure you were happy to proceed beforehand.

I have hidden away not left the house since I got done as they’re so bad. 1 of eye my lashes are bent in half completely stuck to my eye lids and the middle of my eye all the lashes are burnt off completely. They have never looked this bad and my eyebrows haven’t either! 
booked in for a hybrid tint HD’s (which I always get). She thought I wanted them laminated though for some reason and I said no but she somehow convinced me to give them a try - worst mistake ever. I loved my eyebrows now they haven’t ever looked this bad too. I just want my old eyebrows bad. Worst mistake ever booking here 

Kira makes you feel so relaxed, you get a lovely experience and she is so talented- she’s the absolute best at making my thinning eyebrows look amazing and yet natural! Makes me feel young again! Thanks Kira!
