Fantastic groom, as always, from Shannon. She does both our dogs and deals with any mats brilliantly. Our dogs always come out smiling and Shannon is very friendly, professional and communicates well. I really appreciate the one to one grooming session that Shannon does. She was very patient with our dog who was nervous at first and she helped to build her confidence. Highly recommend.

This is ideal for all double coats, as it loosens the under coat to help with the shedding process .

Undercoat blow out/dry 
Brush out with deshed equipment

Extra Services

Behaviour charge can be added if the dog is a bite risk or a very difficult groom, due to nervousness or aggression, this extra charge allows me to book out extra time from diary to allow each dog the time they need to minimise stress and create a positive experience with the grooming process

2 alive fleas are found charge is added, this is because the dog will be washed in flea shampoo and the salon has to be flea treated, this is why we apply the charge
