My aim is that my clients will leave their treatment feeling relaxed, refreshed, reconnected and re-balanced.  Having trained nearly 20 years ago, I combine many techniques to bring you a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, creating a tailored treatment for each client.  
I find Reflexology a very grounding experience and can be helpful for many symptoms including anxiety, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and more.

I believe Reflexology has a very grounding effect, helping to balance the mind in times of stress and anxiety, bringing about clarity and contentment.   After massaging the feet to relax them, I use gentle pressure on specific reflex points, on each foot, to release areas of tension elsewhere in the body. By working through the energy pathways of the body, reflexology can help to clear areas of congestion, which may present themselves as insomnia, IBS, migraines, to name a few.

Reflexology for Women's Health, aims to help women address hormonal imbalances at any time during their menstrual years and beyond.  This could be to aid painful, heavy periods, prepare the body to conceive or to help a woman through her peri-menopause years and beyond.  
After massaging the feet to relax them, I use gentle pressure on specific reflex points, on each foot, to release areas of tension elsewhere in the body. By working through the energy pathways of the body, reflexology can help to clear areas of congestion, which may present themselves as insomnia, IBS, migraines, to name a few.

Reflexology for Women's Health 60 minutes

Drawing on skills I’ve learnt from my combined training in Swedish, deep tissue and pregnancy massage,  I provide a tailored treatment for each individual. I have a gentle approach, but when needed I can use hands free techniques, such as forearms and elbows to work into problem areas.
During the consultation at the beginning of each session, I will check in with the client if there are certain problem areas that they would like me to concentrate on.
For a 90 minute combined treatment, I usually do back, neck and shoulders (working from front and back), followed by a full reflexology treatment.  This is dependent on what the client has requested and what time allows, for example if we come upon problem areas in the back, we may decide as we go along to focus there and shorten the reflexology session.

Massage and Reflexology 90 minutes

With pregnancy massage, I work with the client on her side, working down one side of the body, before turning over and working down the other side.  My training was with Well Mother, who incorporates Shiatsu techniques and energy work.  I find this really beneficial for helping to strengthen connections between mother and child.  
During the consultation at the beginning of each session, I will check in with the client if there are certain problem areas that they would like me to concentrate on.
