Deep tissue massage utilizes slow, firm strokes and pressure to ease and release tension deep in the muscles. While some of the massage strokes may appear similar to that of a Swedish massage, this in fact involves slower and firmer strokes with deep finger, knuckles, elbow or knee pressure focusing on particular areas such as muscle fibres and tendons, which in turn helps to break down muscle knots or adhesions..This massage is only available for one hour mobile treatments.

This massage is ideally designed for women working on the upper body only.
Womens needs are different to those of our men counterparts, so it is, that this massage has been created.
Beginning with assisted yoga stretches and walking the upper body with pressure from my hands and arms, while applying pressure under the glutes alternating gluteus maximus with knee pressure. Releasing lower back tension and alleviating middle back tightness. Includes Accupressure, trigger point massaging ending with a blissful decollage, neck and face lymphatic drain massage combined with a scalp and head massage.

Bliss Me MOBILE Ladies Signature Massage

A Relaxation massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles and increasing the level of oxygen in the blood. It helps to improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension. This massage incorporates several specific techniques, including long, gliding strokes to help break up trigger points and rhythmic tapping with cupped hands to facilitate relaxation. These techniques combine to relax the entire body by warming up the muscle tissue and releasing tension using a softer medium *pressure. NOTE: This is recommended for Pre natal pregnancy massages (after 12weeks up to 34weeks - the treatments are shorter for repositioning of body for comfort.

This rejuvenating massage leaves no knots untangled. Herbal balm is used which allows heat to relieve pain and inflammation. The movement is slower and pressure is deeper combined with Traditional Thai stretches to relax muscles. Accupressure for lower back pain & facial lymphatic drain. Try with cuppings to stimulate blood flow to induce deeper relaxation.
