Overall good experience,  my suggestion thou is to change out the chair it was very uncomfortable to sit in it was hard and the fur kept me sliding down,  so I had to be bracing myself to stay upright, which in turn hurt my back. Also try to pay a bit more attention to the customer's request,  I requested not to have a deep French with the white,  but you still went ahead and did exactly what I didn't wanted.  But saying all that keep striving for excellence and I wish you the best in your business.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time available.
