Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. It is based on the idea that a "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. An enjoyable relaxing massage with many therapeutic benefits using heated basalt stones on the body. With the heat of the stones it helps melt away muscle tension promoting healing and relaxation.
