You purchased one basic treatment which is the low end of the peroxide strength. The staff offer an upgrade to a higher strength each visit. You were on the shade guide at 18 when you came in and when you left you were at a 12. So you did improve 6 shades. If you want to see how bright your teeth can possibly get it can take more than one treatment. Sorry you were disappointed, we aim to do the best we can with individual purchases and staining habits and genetics. We would love to turn your three star disappointment into five star happy! There’s no difference on my teeth after 50 minutes, kinda disappointed.

This is a 50-minute teeth whitening treatment with low-strength peroxide. It is meant to whiten surface stains with a noticeably brighter smile. Please remember some stains are stubborn, and a second treatment may be needed to get your desired results.
