Reiki is a Japenese form of energy healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."  Using hands as a tool to channel this energy through your body to unblock, release or recentre this  energy.  It is one way to bring balance back into the body. This form of healing works with a system in your body chakra's.  Reiki is a deeply relaxing experience working on all levels of the body's mind, body & spirit.
