It uses the technique of applying pressure to specific reflex areas. Body parts (such as nerves, organs and glands) are associated with reflex points in the feet (or hands, face or ears). Reflexology can reduce stress, aid sleep, aid relaxation, improve mood and improve general wellbeing. I am particularly interested in women's health and wellbeing.
