Using somatic coaching, massage and dearmouring skills I show you how to use touch, breath, and focused attention to give healing touch to yourself and others. These skills are integral to many cultures and human instinct - these sessions are simply an opportunity to deepen connection and build confidence through applied technique. It is particularly popular in Japan to talk of the power of hands on the body (origins of reiki are culturally informed), and remedial massage skills are expected in traditional marriages. I believe that touch skills are empowering in connection to self and relationships.

From here we can bring the whole person we are into our decisions, commitments and discipline structures. It's goal is to combine classical psychology with embodiment techniques from a range of lineages.

Somatic coaching helps us connect to our bodies when looking at what we want for our lives. By centering in the body we find new channels of truth, bring more clarity and compassion to our dreams. Sessions for women work particularly with the pelvic bowl, nervous system patterns, and wellness rituals to work with the primary regulator for the female nervous system: oxytocin. My trainings are in mind-body coaching, and somatic women's coaching.
