Elumen a high gloss color system and is PPD & Ammonia free and has no allergic reactions.  It has a low PH system so it will not swell the hair shaft, this makes it great to use over already porous, dull hair as it also fills in gaps in the hair shaft and gives a high gloss.  Funky colors look amazing and is long lasting. All Elumen color services will include the Prepare & Lock Treatment & the amount of color as indicated next to the length, any extra color needed will have an additional cost.
