Pregnancy Reflexology is one of the safest and most gentle treatments to support you and your baby during pregnancy. To begin this treatment warm scented linen is wrapped around you to help calm the nervous system, soften tissues and reduce tension. After some deep breathing techniques we will start with a full body massage which includes face and scalp massage using a combination of massage techniques to help ease those muscle aches which are common after childbirth.
After the massage is complete you will be wrapped up to maintain warmth to allow your skin to absorb the oils which will help with any dryness, looseness or acne which can occur through hormonal shifts.

Ear Candling involves inserting a long cylindrical candle into the ear and lighting the other end (Naked Flame). Heat produced from the candle helps draw out the ear wax and other debris which may be present in the ear canal.
