You received both your Deep Cleanse and Dermaplaning treatments in line with our professional clinic protocols. Your treatment was not rushed; it was completed safely and correctly within the allocated protocol time. Treatment quality is based on the correct procedure being performed, it is not based on the appointment timeframe. The allocated time we schedule you in for is not 100% treatment time, this slot allows for set up/set down/arrival/consult. As explained, you had booked for a highly discounted model slot where filming and lighting are expected. We are a medical aesthetics clinic rather than a spa, so our treatments are clinical and results-focused.
