First time having a Japanese head spa & facial with Kathryn. Straight away put me at ease, very friendly & professional. I loved the treatment, so relaxing. Room had a/c, but wasn't too cold. Also had the neck & shoulder massage, just the right pressure applied. I would recommend. Thank you again Kathryn.
