Karly was extremely helpful and kind at both appointments & did an excellent job. She was faced with a huge dilemma when I arrived. I am wheelchair bound as I'm a double amputee. There was a mistake on the booking system which advised the facility was wheelchair accessible, it wasn't, as it was upstairs in the building with no lift to gain access. She quickly spoke to another company on the building's ground floor level who provided use of one of their rooms to enable her to carry out my treatments safely, efficiently & to a high standard. It wasn't her mistake but she quickly found a solution
