Cupping is a traditional therapy where cups (glass, silicone, or plastic) are placed on the skin to create suction. It’s commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine and Middle Eastern practices.

Please note:
-You can stop at anytime and stick with a normal massage. 
-Marks may last up to 10 days or you may not mark at all

I created and named this treatment in 2021 as a combination massage (originally known as the indecisive’s massage for those who didn’t know what they were after.) 
This treatment combines cupping, gua sha and hot stone purely focussed on your back and shoulders in an intuitive way. No routine- a treatment purely adapted to what you need on the day. 
In 2021 the norm was to experience a massage as a 30 min back massage or a 60 min full body massage- but I found 30 mins wasn’t enough to get all the tension which is why I created this amazing treatment whilst experimenting with tools, so you leave feeling like you’ve had something done! 
Now I train staff members to create the exact same experience, whether you choose me or another therapist you are in safe hands 🙌 
However if you do choose another treatment you are welcome to add on any of the tools complimentary. 

The ultimate back massage * created by us

A buccal massage is a specialised facial massage that works both the outside and the inside of the mouth (inside the cheeks) while the therapist wears medical-grade gloves. It targets the deeper muscles of the face that can't be reached with a traditional facial massage.
It is particularly popular for people who:
Hold tension in their jaw or clench their teeth.
Suffer from TMJ (jaw joint) discomfort.
Experience headaches caused by facial tension.
Want a natural facial sculpting and lifting treatment.
Notice puffiness or tightness in the face.
During the treatment, your therapist will:
Massage the face, neck and jaw externally.
Gently work inside the cheeks to release tight muscles.
Stretch and soften the facial muscles.
Finish with lymphatic drainage or sculpting techniques to reduce puffiness and leave the face looking more defined.
