I first saw Elliot when I developed a shin splint from running , after an evaluation he gave me some treatment through deep tissue massage and acupuncture and set me exercises to do at home to improve my lower leg and ankle strength and also to improve the flexibility of my ankle joints. Within a couple of weeks through a gradual increase in load, distance, strength and flexibility training set by Elliot my shin splint was like it had never happened. I continue to see Elliot once a month for maintenance physio which enables me to address any problems immediately, he is a brilliant physio.
