Our home environment relies on lots of things but it starts with you, so understanding yourself is essential to enable you to care for those around you & create your happy home. I also offer mindful craft & wellness sessions. Using various mindful, energy & coaching methods, we will rapidly release unhelpful emotions & thoughts to create balance & positive change.
